Ordering & Payment
Do I need a prescription to place an order?
No. AnewYou products are sold solely for laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their intended use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we only accept eCheck at checkout. We soon will be able to accept major credit cards along with other approved payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed within one business day. Once shipped, delivery times depends on the distance you are located from our facility which is based in Ohio.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also check the status of your orders on your account page.
What if my shipment is delayed?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

How should research peptides be stored?

Purity specifications are provided for each product. Analytical testing is performed to verify product identity and purity, with supporting documentation available for each manufacturing lot.
Are your peptides supplied as powders or liquids?
Most research peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form to promote stability during shipping and storage unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is available for each manufacturing lot and includes analytical information verifying the product's identity and quality.
